Our money back guarantee applies only in the following cases:

1. If you receive a wrong or unsuitable size

2. If the product is damaged or defective

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

1. Product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged (except in case of damage upon arrival)
2. All original tags and packaging must be intact (Order ID must be provided)

 

Return Process

1. Customer will dispatch the product back to Velora PK
2. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed according to eligibility
